Shipment dates & wait times

All letters are sent from Arizona during the first week of each month.

Joined between January 1-31? Your first letter will be February's edition, shipped out February 4th. (Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery).

How can I track my letter?

To keep the Clementine Club affordable, letters are sent with standard USPS stamps, so tracking isn't available.

My letter arrived damaged, what do I do?

If your letter arrived damaged or incorrect, please email me at thethreadedclementine@gmail.com with your name and photos of the item(s).

When will I be billed?

You will be billed on the same day of each month you initially subscribed.

It's been over the estimated delivery time and I still haven't received my letter. What should I do?

Joined between January 1-31? Your first letter will be February's edition shipped out on February 4th. Once shipped, please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery. If your letter hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery window, it's possible it may have been delayed or lost in transit. Please email me at thethreadedclementine@gmail.com with the following information so I can verify your order and help resolve it: your full name, shipping address, and the date you joined the Clementine Club.

Can I unsubscribe?

Absolutely, you can unsubscribe at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there or by navigating directly to your account.
