Mail Club

The Clementine Club is mailed using a regular Forever stamp through the USPS. As such, shipment tracking is not available. All letters are sent from Arizona during the first week of each month. Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery. 

If your letter hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery window, it's possible it may have been delayed or lost in transit. Please email me at thethreadedclementine@gmail.com with the following information so I can verify your order and help resolve it: your full name, shipping address, and the date you joined the Clementine Club.
